We implemented an extensive 12-month leadership-coaching programme for the senior sales team at Siemens One, a newly created division within global consumer electrical giant, which saw an 8% rise in EBITDA.
In this high profile, ground-breaking 12-month contract we set out to move Senior Account Directors in Siemens’ UK Division from using traditional selling methods – such as 'cross-selling' and 'me too' – to strategically skilled Business Partner Providers engaged in long-term relationships.
The programme involved an in-depth assessment of individual and team characteristics, followed by a bespoke plan to considerably raise the performance bar, in order to win highly profitable, long-term contracts.
An increase in EBITDA of 8% (£1m) compared with the equivalent global team over a twelve-month period was directly attributed to Endaba’s development coaching.
