Endaba were retained to find the client an SVP International. This role would lead the strategy, business development, pricing, business and product operations for the brand across all international markets e.g. franchise, wholesale and company owned. The International fleet consisted of more than 275 doors in 25 countries across Asia, Latin America, Mexico, the Middle East and Europe.
Solution 
Endaba’s agreed search strategy considered candidates from across the globe and a variety of sectors. Working closely with the client, Endaba delivered a shortlist of compelling candidates and orchestrated a number of interviews for the client to ensure they chose the best candidate for the role.
Results 
The SVP International was appointed. They met the brief and have since grown the business within 12 months. Following this highly successful placement, Endaba have since been retained to support the client in their search for a VP APAC and VP LATAM.
