Endaba were retained to conduct a bespoke project to understand how key functions work across the apparel sector of the UK across all categories. The client was looking to understand the structures and workings as well as the interface between the functions to aid a new Director who had not worked in Europe.


Alongside the client, Endaba identified relevant brands known within the market for having strong comparable functions. We gathered intelligence focusing on how best-in-class structures worked, identifying what made them effective. We gathered intelligence to understand responsibilities, skillsets and culture and how they delivered success. We also established a talent pool for future reference.


Endaba delivered a detailed analysis of 15 brands, illustrating key talent, insights and analysis of what is best-in-class and the approach that each brand used in the relevant functions culminating in an advisory report for the client.
