Endaba were retained by the client to find a Chief Product & Brand Officer (CPBO). The CPBO would support the long-term strategic plan and be the creative force behind the conception and sourcing of desirable merchandise, and ultimately the custodian of the brand.


Endaba worked closely with the client to agree a search strategy and identify relevant brands and individuals known within the sector. We presented a strong shortlist of candidates and orchestrated a number of client interviews. Weekly update reports were generated and regular calls with the client ensured a clear and simple recruitment process.


The successful placement of the CPBO has been instrumental in the growth and transistion of the brand through the impact of Covid in 2020.
