Solution 
The 12 month Development programme included the facilitation and measurement of Endaba Diagnostics as well as a series of leadership exercises measuring leadership criteria, team dynamics and process efficiencies.
Results 
The team are working more effectively together with improved communications, planning and decision-making. Collaboration has been a key driver for change and the EMB have demonstrated their agility and innovation whilst accelerating their pace and connection to the wider business.
